    价格战

    同样是给客人做按摩,路边的小店也是外来妹打工仔在做,收费也就三四十;同样是专业的连锁,进门就是幽静的禅的音乐盒让人安神的香味儿,收费就是翻倍都不止。但事实上连锁的会所生意却未必比路边小店要差,甚至还要好上很多。

    今天不是探讨按摩的生意经,这里说的是很多时候我们纠结在价格战之中,总觉得生意是一天比一天要难做。市场经济讲究的是愿买愿卖,最终成交的价格一定是双方都认可的,你开价一百的产品,别人三十就能卖,品质又是一样的话,那就说明你再抢钱。

    所以与其费劲心思考虑别人都跌到如此低价了,我们到底该怎么办,倒还不如多花心思好好想想我们的价格究竟给客户带来多少价值。因为在一个开放的市场,和信息充分流通的时代,把明明10块钱的东西老想着如何能卖到100块,总是不太可能的事情。

    所以,你如果愿意和竞争对手打价格战的话,就索性低到大家都赚不了钱为止。比谁家报价更低是自残而不是本事,真正捯饬出客户从来没见过的东西,并欣然买单才是本事,毕竟全世界没有哪个品牌是以“便宜”而著称的。

    能想明白就行,一厢情愿的定价才是最可怕。至于懂不懂4p不是问题,慢慢自己总结,最终的真理不会相差太远。

    亏还是学商科出身的。Marketing学的4P中的pricing,有种价格策略叫price differentiation。你说的是服务业,更多地注重的是value-added. 定价中更多运用Perceived Price。如果回到学校,report中你这个叫case。
